Helena Luckybug provides self-guided personal growth, spiritual mentoring, reflection tools, worksheets, educational content, digital resources, group calls, and, where booked separately, individual mentoring sessions.
Helena Luckybug is not a medical, psychological, psychiatric, psychotherapeutic, financial, legal, or crisis-support service. The content is intended for personal reflection, self-awareness, emotional growth, spiritual exploration, and general wellbeing. It does not replace professional diagnosis, treatment, therapy, medical advice, psychological counselling, legal advice, or financial advice.
If you are experiencing acute emotional distress, trauma symptoms, suicidal thoughts, severe anxiety, depression, or any medical or psychological emergency, please contact a qualified professional, emergency service, doctor, therapist, or local crisis hotline.
2. No guaranteed transformation / Personal responsibility
Helena Luckybug is created with care, experience, and the intention to support your personal and spiritual growth. However, personal development is individual. Results may vary from person to person and depend on many factors, including your personal situation, emotional readiness, consistency, participation, and willingness to reflect.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, healing results, financial results, relationship changes, emotional breakthroughs, spiritual experiences, or life transformations. You remain responsible for your own decisions, interpretations, actions, and wellbeing while using Helena Luckybug content and services.
3. What the customer actually receives
Depending on the package selected, your Helena Luckybug subscription may include access to digital courses, worksheets, journals, reflection prompts, videos, audio material, community elements, group calls, or other resources described on the relevant product or sales page.
The exact content, access level, call frequency, and additional benefits depend on the package purchased. Helena Luckybug may update, improve, replace, or expand individual materials over time, provided that the essential character of the purchased offer remains substantially the same.
Access to live elements such as group calls or 1:1 sessions is subject to availability, scheduling, technical functionality, and the conditions stated at the time of booking.
4. Refund policy for digital products and subscriptions
Because Helena Luckybug provides digital content and immediate access to downloadable or online materials, purchases are generally non-refundable once access to the digital content has been granted, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
By purchasing a Helena Luckybug digital product or subscription and requesting immediate access, you acknowledge that the digital content may be made available to you immediately after purchase. Where applicable under consumer law, you expressly agree that performance begins before the end of any withdrawal period and acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once access to the digital content has started.
This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
For subscriptions, you may cancel future renewals according to the cancellation terms stated at checkout or in your account area. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically create a refund for periods already paid, unless required by applicable mandatory law.
5. Constructive feedback vs. public attacks
We welcome respectful, constructive feedback. If something in the course does not meet your expectations, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can understand your concern and review it properly.
However, abusive, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, or intentionally damaging behaviour toward Helena Luckybug, its founder, team members, community members, or other participants is not accepted. We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to Helena Luckybug spaces, calls, communities, or services if a user engages in such behaviour.
Nothing in this section is intended to prevent honest, lawful consumer feedback. However, false factual claims, harassment, publication of private material, or targeted reputational attacks may result in further legal action.
6. Community rules / Group calls / Safe space
Helena Luckybug spaces are intended to be respectful, reflective, and emotionally safe. By participating in group calls, community spaces, comments, chats, or any interactive Helena Luckybug format, you agree to communicate respectfully and to respect the privacy, dignity, and boundaries of others.
You agree not to share confidential information from other participants outside the Helena Luckybug space. You also agree not to record, screenshot, copy, distribute, or publicly share private conversations, group call content, participant statements, or community materials without prior written permission.
Helena Luckybug reserves the right to remove comments, moderate discussions, mute participants, deny access to live calls, or remove users from community spaces if this is necessary to protect the integrity, safety, or respectful atmosphere of the space.
7. Intellectual property protection
All Helena Luckybug content, including but not limited to courses, worksheets, journals, PDFs, videos, audio files, meditations, prompts, texts, branding, graphics, concepts, methods, and digital materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, share, resell, distribute, upload, publish, modify, translate, teach, license, or commercially exploit Helena Luckybug materials without prior written permission.
Any unauthorised use, sharing, reproduction, resale, or distribution of Helena Luckybug content may result in suspension of access and legal action.
8. Testimonials and social proof
Testimonials, reviews, comments, or user stories shared by Helena Luckybug reflect individual experiences. They do not guarantee that you will experience the same or similar results.
By submitting feedback, testimonials, comments, or reviews to Helena Luckybug, you grant us permission to use them for quality improvement, marketing, website content, social media, and promotional purposes, unless you clearly tell us otherwise. We may anonymise, shorten, or lightly edit testimonials for clarity, spelling, or readability, without changing their meaning.
We will not publish sensitive personal details without appropriate consent.
9. Complaints and escalation process

11. Payment, subscriptions, and cancellation
Prices, payment terms, subscription periods, renewal dates, and included services are shown at checkout or on the relevant offer page.
Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription before the next renewal date through your account area or by contacting us at [email address]. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund payments already made.
If a payment fails, access may be suspended until payment is successfully completed. Helena Luckybug may change prices in the future, but price changes will not affect an already paid billing period.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any contractual relationship between you and Helena Luckybug are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules and international conventions to the extent legally permissible.
The place of jurisdiction is Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
If you are a consumer residing outside Switzerland, this choice of law and jurisdiction does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence and cannot legally be excluded by contract.
This is the sentence that matters most internationally:
“This does not affect mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded.”
That protects you from sounding like you are trying to override foreign consumer law.

Swiss official guidance confirms that Swiss companies may need to comply with GDPR when offering goods or services to individuals in the EU or monitoring their behaviour.
14. Community Rules
Community Rules and Respectful Participation
Helena Luckybug is intended to be a respectful, reflective, and supportive space for personal growth, spiritual development, self-awareness, emotional healing, and inner transformation.
By participating in any Helena Luckybug community space, group call, chat, comment section, live session, online forum, social media interaction, or other interactive format, you agree to communicate respectfully and with consideration for the dignity, privacy, and emotional safety of others.
You agree in particular not to:
attack, insult, shame, ridicule, intimidate, or humiliate other members;
share discriminatory, hateful, threatening, sexually inappropriate, defamatory, or abusive content;
pressure other members to disclose personal, emotional, spiritual, medical, financial, or relationship-related information;
give medical, psychological, legal, financial, or crisis advice unless you are appropriately qualified and clearly acting in your own professional capacity outside Helena Luckybug;
record, screenshot, copy, publish, distribute, or share private content, conversations, comments, group call material, or personal information from other members without prior written permission;
use Helena Luckybug spaces for self-promotion, spam, sales, recruitment, manipulation, or unsolicited private messages;
disrupt group calls, community discussions, or the learning environment;
misrepresent yourself, your qualifications, your experiences, or your relationship with Helena Luckybug.
Helena Luckybug reserves the right to moderate, remove, hide, edit, or restrict access to content or participation where necessary to protect the integrity, safety, confidentiality, and respectful atmosphere of the Helena Luckybug community.
15. No Harassment Clause
No Harassment, Abuse, or Harmful Conduct
Helena Luckybug has a zero-tolerance approach toward harassment, abuse, intimidation, bullying, threats, stalking, discrimination, hate speech, sexual harassment, defamatory statements, malicious false claims, or targeted reputational attacks.
This applies to behaviour within Helena Luckybug platforms and spaces, as well as conduct directed at Helena Luckybug, its founder, team members, teachers, contributors, community members, clients, or participants outside the platform where such conduct is connected to Helena Luckybug.
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
repeated unwanted contact;
personal insults, humiliation, ridicule, or degrading comments;
threats, intimidation, coercion, or aggressive behaviour;
discriminatory comments based on personal characteristics;
publication or threatened publication of private information;
sharing screenshots, recordings, personal statements, or private materials without consent;
false factual claims about Helena Luckybug, its services, its founder, team, members, or participants;
encouraging others to harass, attack, shame, or publicly target another person;
creating hostile, unsafe, or disruptive environments in Helena Luckybug spaces.
Helena Luckybug may take appropriate action in response to such behaviour, including warnings, removal of content, muting, blocking, suspension, termination of access, exclusion from community spaces, cancellation of services, and, where appropriate, legal action.
Nothing in this clause prevents lawful, honest, and respectful feedback. However, feedback must not cross the line into harassment, abuse, defamation, threats, privacy violations, or targeted reputational harm.
16. Intellectual Property and Use of Helena Luckybug Materials
All Helena Luckybug content, materials, concepts, texts, worksheets, journals, PDFs, exercises, prompts, meditations, videos, audio files, course structures, designs, graphics, brand elements, methods, frameworks, names, logos, and digital resources are owned by Helena Luckybug, Helena Erlach, Helena Helena Luckybug, or the respective rights holder, unless expressly stated otherwise.
All materials are protected by copyright, trademark rights, design rights, unfair competition law, and/or other applicable intellectual property rights.
Helena Luckybug materials are only made available to individuals who have lawfully purchased, subscribed to, or otherwise received authorised access to the relevant Helena Luckybug course, membership, product, or service. If you have not paid for the applicable course, membership, product, or service, or have not otherwise received express written authorisation from Helena Helena Luckybug, you are not permitted to access, obtain, download, copy, possess, use, share, or benefit from any Helena Luckybug materials.
When you purchase or access Helena Luckybug content, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the materials for your own private personal development purposes only.
You may not, without prior written permission:
copy, reproduce, scan, photograph, screenshot, record, distribute, upload, publish, share, resell, license, sublicense, modify, translate, adapt, imitate, or commercially exploit Helena Luckybug materials;
use Helena Luckybug content to create your own course, coaching programme, membership, workshop, worksheet, journal, ebook, social media content, training, method, or paid offer;
share your login details or give third parties access to your Helena Luckybug account;
access, obtain, download, copy, use, or possess Helena Luckybug materials through another person’s account, shared login, leaked file, forwarded email, screenshot, recording, download link, cloud folder, file-sharing platform, social media group, AI tool, or any other unauthorised source;
upload Helena Luckybug materials to public platforms, AI tools, file-sharing services, groups, forums, social media, or cloud folders accessible by others;
remove copyright notices, ownership notices, watermarks, branding, metadata, or other protective markings;
present Helena Luckybug materials, concepts, prompts, structures, or methods as your own.
Any unauthorised access, use, possession, sharing, reproduction, resale, or distribution of Helena Luckybug intellectual property may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, refusal of future services, claims for damages, injunctive relief, and any other legal remedies available under applicable law.
17. Right to Remove Abusive Members
Right to Restrict, Suspend, or Remove Members
Helena Luckybug reserves the right to protect its spaces, members, founder, team, content, intellectual property, and brand integrity.
We may, at our reasonable discretion, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to Helena Luckybug products, services, calls, communities, memberships, subscriptions, comments, chats, or other spaces if we believe that you have:
violated these Terms, the Community Rules, or any applicable guidelines;
behaved abusively, aggressively, disruptively, dishonestly, or disrespectfully;
harassed, threatened, intimidated, defamed, or targeted Helena Luckybug, its founder, team members, clients, participants, or community members;
shared private or confidential information without consent;
misused Helena Luckybug materials, intellectual property, or digital content;
attempted to harm Helena Luckybug’s reputation through false factual claims, coordinated attacks, or malicious conduct;
created an unsafe, hostile, or disruptive environment;
failed to respect boundaries set by Helena Luckybug or its representatives.
Depending on the situation, Helena Luckybug may take one or more of the following actions:
issue a warning;
remove or moderate content;
mute or restrict participation;
cancel access to group calls or community spaces;
suspend or terminate an account, subscription, or membership;
block future purchases or participation;
refuse further services;
take legal action where necessary.
Where legally required, mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. However, abusive, unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or rights-infringing behaviour does not create a right to continued access to Helena Luckybug spaces or services.
